Airline Partner Pages Redesign Process

I created a Google Doc Copy Outline for each airline partner stakeholder to fill out.

To streamline the design process, the designers created a page template as a foundation for any airline partner page.
This allows us to make partner pages consistent for content and design across as.com.

Both assets give Product Design, UI, Visual, and UX writing quick methods to insert necessary content into the page. Handover to web content production has been smoother using this template.We’ve been collaborating with various stakeholders from Loyalty and Alliances to get feedback.

Director of Alliances, provided us documentation of other airline partners that require page redesigns.

Designers, writers and web content are now working together to figure out page redesign timelines that include stakeholder reviews, design creation, and content production. This will allows us to prepare adequately for upcoming partnership campaigns.
